Abstract : this paper highlights the two ideas in approaching models of higher music teacher education reform : 1 . the one - body - with - two - wings model of educational system and social services for higher music teacher education in non - central cities of culture ; 2 . establishing a wider concept in regard of curriculum . a non - discipline - based curriculum as a way of such thinking and a student - centered learning model as realizing approaches are proposed 本文概要阐述了高等音乐师范教育改革的模式探索过程中的两个观念: 1 、非文化中心地区高等音乐师范教育的“一体两翼一网”办学和社会服务结构模式; 2 、建构广义的课程概念,提出“非学科课程”以及通过以学生为主体的新学型操作使之模式固化的观点。
